The lease has locked California Pie Company in to two more years at 7066-A Las Positas Rd. and ensures that the company has the office and manufacturing space it needs to make its signature Home Run Pies. The company occupies 39,826 sf of the building, including 5,000-sf of office and showroom space, four dock high doors and two drive-in doors. The lease is valued at approximately $350,000.

According to real estate brokers, Livermore, Alameda County's easternmost city, offers tenants an excellent location with lower prices, shorter commutes and newer construction than many other Bay Area cities.

Brett Holden and Chris Pearson of Lee & Associates East Bay represented both California Pie Company and Property Reserve, Inc. in the deal.
