Livermore Gets Piece of Pie Company

LIVERMORE, CA-California Pie Company, aka Horizon Snack Foods of Livermore, will remain in Livermore for two more years, now that it has signed a lease extension with Property Reserve Inc.

LIVERMORE, CA-California Pie Company, otherwise known as Horizon Snack Foods of Livermore, has renewed its Livermore lease with building owner, Property Reserve Inc. for two more years.

The lease has locked California Pie Company in to two more years at 7066-A Las Positas Rd. and ensures that the company has the office and manufacturing space it needs to make its signature Home Run Pies. The company occupies 39,826 sf of the building, including 5,000-sf of office and showroom space, four dock high doors and two drive-in doors. The lease is valued at approximately $350,000.
