When complete, the development will offer 600,000 sf of space in six office buildings on the former TRW Lucas site on Hemel's Maylands Avenue. The scheme, financed by Morley Fund Management, is currently the largest office development underway within the M25 corridor.
Having successfully developed the concept of branded property at Chiswick Park, West London, Stanhope plans to market its latest scheme under its own brand and identity – Peoplebuilding Hemel. FPD Savills and Freeth Melhuish are letting agents.
