Foley, who represented landlord Newcrow of Dallas along with Trammell Crow's Rob Antrobius, tells GlobeSt.com that Rampage will continue to occupy its approximately 150,000 sf of industrial space at another location in Commerce and will expand into the new space.

Foley tells GlobeSt.com that the building Rampage is expanding into will be fully occupied when the clothing company moves in.

The 757,566-sf building, constructed in 1941, has dock high loading and is rail-served. He describes the rental rate as "probably a bit below the market in general, but right on track for a building this age."

Rampage was represented in the lease by Kevin Apel and Peter Bacci of Lee & Associates.
