P & D Consultants Inc. leased the space at 8954 Rio San Diego Drive in Mission Valley. Burnham is the exclusive leasing agent for the 190,000-sf Rio San Diego Plaza, Mission Valley¹s first Class A speculative office building in more than 10 years.
The building is 80% leased. Tenants include Washington Mutual Bank, Union Bank of California, Micronas Semiconductors, Kemper Insurance Cos., Strategic Data Systems, Hutchinson & Bloodgood LLP CPAs and consultants, and Larson, Ludwig & Stokes.
Patrick Rohan, Jim Laing and Chris Powers of Burnham Real Estate Services represented the building owner, Scripps Mission Valley Office Park LLC. Cushman & Wakefield's Ness Hamaoui and Steve Rosetta represented P&D Consultants Inc.
