Burnham Signs Engineering Firm to $2.8M Lease

SAN DIEGO-Burnham Real Estate Services/ONCOR International has signed engineering firm P & D Consultants Inc. to a seven-year lease for 13,311 sf of office space in Mission Valley9s first Class A speculative office building in more than 10 years.

SAN DIEGO-An engineering services firm has signed a seven-year lease valued at $2.8 million for 13,311 sf of office space in the Rio San Diego Plaza, according to Burnham Real Estate Services/ONCOR International.

P & D Consultants Inc. leased the space at 8954 Rio San Diego Drive in Mission Valley. Burnham is the exclusive leasing agent for the 190,000-sf Rio San Diego Plaza, Mission Valley¹s first Class A speculative office building in more than 10 years.
