The La Palma operation is part of Roseland, N.J.-based ADP's dealer services group, which provides computerization and other services for the auto industry, broker Vince Pellerito of Cushman & Wakefield tells GlobeSt.com.

Pellerito represented ADP in the five-year, $2.25 million transaction, while landlord Arden Realty was represented in-house by Tina La Monica.

Pellerito tells GlobeSt.com that ADP, which moved into its current space about five years ago, is in a 57,000-sf building that is part of Arden's 12-building, 597,000-sf Centerpointe La Palma development, which is more than 90% occupied. Asking rates are about $1.05 to $1.15 per sf per month, he says.
