Before his appointment, Bracken was vice president of asset management for North America for New York-based American International Group. Before joining AIG, he was senior vice president and director of the real estate office division of Baltimore-based Aegon USA, the US arm of Netherlands-based Aegon Group. Bracken has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Hands was recently promoted to her current position. She was previously director of equity portfolio management at LMRES. In her new post, Hands replaces Richard K. Layman, the former managing director of the investment advisory group, who was recently promoted to senior managing director of LMRES. Layman has overall responsibility for the management of all LMRES equity investments.
