Terms of the deal weren't disclosed in a prepared statement from RealPage.
In a related transaction, RealPage says it bought the YieldStar revenue management system from Camden for an undisclosed sum and will be using the system shortly.
RealPage says more than 20,000 apartment communities in the United States use its products and services.
Camden, a REIT, says it owns and operates properties comprising 52,175 apartment homes at 146 properties in the Sunbelt and Midwestern markets.
