Keefe Supply, which supplies correctional facilities with commissary goods, will grow by 83,000-sf at Northgate I. The firm leases 58,000 sf. at Northgate II. Keefe leases a total 141,160 sf at the park, Duke says in a prepared statement.

Duke didn't disclose the length and value of the leases or the quoted average asking rents at the park. Jeff Thornton of Duke and Rich Dames of CRESA Partners handled the transaction.

Baltimore, MD-based DAP, which markets products for contractors and do-it-yourselfers, will expand by 50,000 sf in the 283,000-sf Northgate International II.
