Keefe Supply and DAP Products Expand Leases at Duke's Northgate International

DALLAS-The new leases bring the park's occupancy to 100%.

DALLAS-Keefe Supply Co. and DAP Products have expanded leases at Northgate International business park in Garland, TX, bringing the Duke Realty Corp.-owned property to 100% occupancy.

Keefe Supply, which supplies correctional facilities with commissary goods, will grow by 83,000-sf at Northgate I. The firm leases 58,000 sf. at Northgate II. Keefe leases a total 141,160 sf at the park, Duke says in a prepared statement.
