Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Morgan Stanley plans to occupy the space this fall.
Millennium Center, an 835,000-sf class A office tower, completed a major renovation in 2000 at an undisclosed cost. The property is owned by 114 Millennium, Ltd., a joint-venture partnership with Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America as its limited partner.
Bill Lokey, Jr. of Cousins represented the ownership group. Sherry L. Robins of Houston-based Robins Company, negotiated for Morgan Stanley.
