Current occupants of the class A structure include the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the American Humane Society, and law firms Feldesmen, Tucker, Leifer, Fidell & Bank, and Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby. Transwestern has about 25,000 sf of available space to fill at the rate of $34 to $38-per-sf. The building is being marketed to high profile clients who seek the benefits of a location in the District's "Golden Triangle" section.
