Broker Vince Pellerito of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented Roseland, NJ-based Automatic Data Processing, says the Montefino Avenue space will house ADP's Tax and Financial Services Division. Gregory K. Barsamian of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.

Pellerito notes the lease was one of two signed recently by ADP. The other was a five-year $2.25 million lease for 37,904 sf at Arden Realty's Centerpointe La Palma project in the Orange County city of La Palma for ADP's automobile dealer services group
