Haverty, which operates 104 furniture stores in 14 Southeastern states, is consolidating its Atlanta and Charlotte warehouses into a single 511,000-sf center in Braselton. The Braselton property is expandable to 932,000 sf.

It was developed by locally based-John W. Rooker & Associates, which owns the property. Haverty occupies it under an operating lease structure.

Neither the lease terms nor the price of construction were disclosed. The Atlanta office of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis brokered the transaction.
