The length and value of the lease and quoted average rents weren't disclosed in a prepared statement from the industrial developer.

Warrenville, Ill.-based International is relocating from Dallas' Brookhollow/Trinity submarket. International will distribute truck and engine parts from Pinnacle C, a 480,000-sf building that is 84% leased.

John Leinbaugh, vice president of marketing at IDI, represented IDI and CIGNA, joint owners of Pinnacle. Tom McCarthy and Bob Hagewood of the Staubach Co. represented International.
