Also, Precision Sheet Metal, a Garland, TX-based company, has purchased three acres in the Rockwall Technology Park for an undisclosed sum and plans to build a warehouse and manufacturing facility at the northwest corner of State Highway 276 and FM 549.

Dave Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial brought Precision Sheet Metal to the Rockwall Economic Development Corp.
