Video Game Firm Leases 48,000-SF HQ Space

NEW YORK CITY-A historic downtown loft building will be the new home of video game manufacturer Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. The firm is the maker of the immensely popular "Grand Theft Auto" game.

NEW YORK CITY-A historic downtown loft building will be the new home of video game manufacturer Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. The firm is the maker of the immensely popular “Grand Theft Auto” game. Take-Two has signed a 10-year lease for the fourth, fifth and sixth floors at 622 Broadway and will use the space as its new corporate headquarters. The six-story loft building is located between Houston Houston and Bleecker streets.

Building owner Yuco Real Estate was represented in the transaction by Robert A. B. Baraf, Benjamin Friedland and Glenn Isaacson of Insignia/ISG Inc. and Gary S. Friedman of Kaufman Friedman Plotnicki & Grun LLP. Barry Gosin and John Lizzul of Newmark & Co. Real Estate Inc. and Lloyd Shor of Blank Rome Tenzer Greenblatt LLP acted on behalf of Take-Two.
