Electra comprises ten buildings totalling 223,839 sf on a 13.5-acre site with planning consent for light industrial and warehouse uses. The remaining nine units vary between 11,042 and 53,064 sf and on completion the scheme will generate over £2 million ($3 million) per annum in rent.
