The new building at 1250 Victoria St. was developed and is owned by The Carson Cos. It is within the 438-acre business center master-planned by the Watson Land Co.

ICREST was represented by Dwight Hotchkiss and Bret Quinlan of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord was represented by John Schumacher, Jeffrey Morgan and Barry Hill of CB Richard Ellis.

ICREST's new building features 20 dock-high loading positions, 30-foot minimum clear heights and an ESFR sprinkler system.

Watson Land Co. and The Carson Cos. is developing warehouse and distribution space on some of the few remaining large parcels of land available in the South Bay region of Los Angeles, which has a shortage of land on which to build modern industrial space, especially land that is close to the Los Angeles ports.
