Windsor managed Hines' Miami portfolio, including the 47-story Bank of American Tower at International Place Downtown. The 18-year professional is a former general manager for the Streets of Mayfair in Coconut Grove, a $20 million redevelopment in suburban Miami.

Windsor moved to Miami from Texas in 1996. He worked with Trammell Crow Co. on the Las Colinas development and participated in the disposition of several Crow assets.

He graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting and marketing from Washington & Lee University in Virginia.
