Capstone Hires 20-Year Vet to Place Loans

PHILADELPHIA-Cleveland-based Capstone Realty Advisors names Harry Giallourakis senior vice president. A 20-year mortgage banking veteran, he is a former executive with Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bancorp/W. Lyman Case.

Giallourakis was previously an executive with Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bancorp/W. Lyman Case.

At Capstone, he will be charged with originating real estate loans by identifying commercial real estate opportunities and placing the mortgages within Capstone's correspondent lending base.

Capstone is owned by Provident Bank, a subsidiary of Cincinnati-based Provident Financial Group, Inc. Capstone has branch offices in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH.
