Working from Crow's Atlanta headquarters, Copeland will be responsible for all of the company's property management services in the Southeast region, the company's largest with 15,000 units in 53 multifamily properties.
Copeland brings 24 years of industry experience to her new post. She left TCRS five years ago. For the past five years, she was vice president of locally based Gables Residential where she was responsible for multi-state operations.
Prior to that, she was vice president for locally based Post Properties, responsible for the firm's Atlanta portfolio.
