Called Maple Crest Industrial Center, the planned development is at the intersection of Westinghouse Boulevard and John Price Road.

The buildings will be "strictly spec," Chris Withrow, a principal, tells GlobeSt.com. "Because of a slow market, we will probably phase in development over a couple of years," he adds.

The parcel is zoned residential, but Withrow is confident the city council's zoning commission will allow the project. "Members tell us the commission approves of the plan," he says. A public hearing on the proposal is set for mid-September.

The buildings will be 42,000 sf to 10,000 sf, Withrow says. Rental rates will be about $8.25 per sf.
