The 24-unit timeshare facility also switched its affiliation from Indianapolis-based Resort Condominiums International to Miami-based Interval International, giving current timeshare owners the option of staying with RCI or switching to II.
Floating time with deeded ownership is offered year-round, except during Antique Auto Week, one of the world's largest car shows, which takes place near the facility each October.
In addition to weekly ownership and exchange, the resort offers nightlyrentals and three-day/two-night packages at $79 per adult, based on doubleoccupancy with up to two children for free.
Units are two-bedroom, two-bath spaces of approximately 1,200 sf. Two additional buildings with lock-out units, a new check-in area, an indoor/outdoor pool and lounge are planned for 2004.
