New Tenant Fills Out Town Centre

LAGUNA WOODS, CA-Laguna Woods Ambulatory inks a five-year, $1.8-million lease for 9,096 sf at the Town Centre Medical Building. Completed in May of this year, the 40,000-sf medical office facility is now 100% occupied.

LAGUNA WOODS, CA-With the recent addition of Laguna Woods Ambulatory as a tenant at its Towne Centre Medical Building, Mark IV Capital has brought the facility’s occupancy level to 100%.

Laguna Woods Ambulatory, a surgery center, is slated to occupy its space at Towne Centre in October 2002. The tenant has inked a five-year, $1.8-million lease for 9,096 sf here. It will be a new branch for the surgery center, which currently has facilities in Texas.
