Construction is proceeding on schedule and the project will be ready for occupancy by next spring, according to the locally based urban residential development firm. Principals for the firm expect the remaining 40 lofts and townhomes to be sold months before the project is completed.

Floor plans range from 1,000 to 1,900 sf, priced from the low $400,000s to the $600,000s. Both street level and penthouse-style designs are available.

The project is one of several multifamily developments under construction in or near Downtown. Bosa Development, Intergulf Development, Douglas Wilson Cos. and Lankford & Associates are at work on condo, townhome and apartment projects that will add thousands of new dwellings to the area over the next couple of years.

Such projects include Smart Corner, a 20-story, 254-unit residential tower, Intergulf's Treo condo project and Wilson Cos.' Parkloft loft condominium project. City officials estimate that up to 50,000 people and 150,000 jobs will inhabit the area within 20 years.
