The two-story property is located between Atlanta and Savannah at the midpoint between Augusta and Macon, GA.
Villa South has 98 guest rooms, including an extended stay suite, and three offices that can be converted into a manager's living quarters.
In addition, the 190-seat Villa South Family Restaurant within the motel has reported gross annual revenues of more than $1 million, according to a prepared statement from the motel owner .
The property's limited conference facilities can accommodate events for from eight to 50 people. There is an exercise room, non-smoking floors and handicap-accessible guest rooms. The outdoor are is fully landscaped and includes an outdoor pool.
