The 170-unit Logan Square project at 4715 Solola Ave. was sold by the San Diego Logan Square Garden to Logan Square Housing Partners LP. The transaction was negotiated by Jules Arthur and Steve Huffman of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners.

In the second deal, Pearl Street Apartments, a 32-year-old, 12-unit property located at 410 Pearl St., was purchased by a limited partnership from Zittel Family Trust for $3.2 million. The 12-unit complex includes three one-bedroom/one-bath and nine two-bedroom/two bath units in 14,850 sf. Trenton Bonner and Mike Slattery of BRE Commercial / NAI's San Diego office represented the seller, while Rob Insinger of Prudential California Realty represented the buyer.

In the third deal, Hendricks & Partners announced the sale of 21 units located at 7629-33 Normal Ave in La Mesa for $1.63 million. JNT Real Estate Investment Fund LLC of San Diego sold the property to Vince Sprekelmeyer of San Diego. The seller was represented by Steve Huffman and Jules Arthur of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners.
