Trio of Multifamily Deals Close

SAN DIEGO-Three apartment sales close in the city's hot multifamily market, including a $9.4 million deal in Logan Heights for the 170-unit project at 4715 Solola Ave.

SAN DIEGO-In the largest of a trio of apartment deals announced Monday a 170-unit complex in Logan Heights was sold in a deal valued at $9.4 million.

The 170-unit Logan Square project at 4715 Solola Ave. was sold by the San Diego Logan Square Garden to Logan Square Housing Partners LP. The transaction was negotiated by Jules Arthur and Steve Huffman of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners.
