The lease is for five years at an undisclosed rental rate. A Cincinnati broker familiar with distribution space near, who requested anonymity, tells GlobeSt.com that the space "probably rents in the range of $4 per sf."
Innotrac is a third-party provider of customer relationship management services to major corporations. In a statement, vice president Paul Chisholm says, "ProLogis accommodated us quickly with a state-of-the-art facility that will allow us to expand our business and support a new client."
Matt Franks of Mitchell, KY-based Huff Commercial Group represented Innotracin the lease transaction.
Atlanta-based UPS Worldwide Logistics Group is also an Airpark tenant and ProLogis customer. ProLogis companies include an industrial REIT and a corporate distribution and logistics service provider.
