Record Company Subleases Full Floor in Tribeca

NEW YORK CITY-Artisan Entertainment puts the space on the market and fields five offers within two weeks. Local company ATO Records inks a six-year deal.

NEW YORK CITY-Locally based ATO Records has subleased an entire floor at 157 Chambers St. in a six-year deal. The sublessor, Artisan Entertainment, fielded five offers on the space within two weeks of putting it on the market.

Cresa Partners, which represented Artisan in the transaction, has not revealed details of the lease. But asking prices for direct space in the building are in the mid-to-high $30s. Asking prices for sublease space have been in the low $30s. ATO Records was represented by Ed Fritsche of Wertheim & Associates.
