Inquiries regarding development costs to Corporate Express and project developer FRP Development Corporation were not returned, but an industry insider with knowledge of the project tells GlobeSt.com that the facility could cost around $15 million to construct.

"The efficiencies that arise from this new consolidated operation will further enhance our service levels to our customers," says Corporate Express mid-Atlantic division president Brad Coston. "The partnership and support of Anne Arundel County was key to maintaining and expanding this presence."

Located on Dorsey Road near Route 295 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, Hillside is a 59-acre industrial park and is home to one other building, which is currently under construction. The Corporate Express facility is scheduled for completion in spring 2003.
