Paper Co. in Talks to Buy 132,644 SF Industrial Property

NEW YORK CITY-An unnamed paper manufacturer is in negotiations to acquire a 132,644-sf mixed-use property in Mississauga, Ontario. Located at 2333 N. Sheridan Way, the 9.6-acre lot includes 22,144 sf of office space.

NEW YORK CITY-Talks are under way for an undisclosed paper manufacturing company to acquire a 132,644-sf mixed-use property located in Mississauga, Ontario. The Gillette Canada Co.-owned building recently dropped leasing firm CB Richard Ellis and named Toronto-based Binswanger exclusive agent for the former Duracell manufacturing plant.

“We are looking for tenants who will use the property for production, as opposed to investors looking to resell,” Binswanger Canada/CBB president and lead broker Chris Forage tells GlobeSt.com. The property, which carries an asking price $4.1 million, features 22,144 sf of office space and an 110,500 sf manufacturing/storage area outfitted with 8-inch reinforced concrete floors, 24-foot ceilings and a wet sprinkler system.
