Celite Systems took an additional 3,476 sf at Lakewood on the Park B. Russell Young of Austin-based Commercial Texas represented Celite and Bo Busby of Hill Partners brokered on behalf of Sun Microsystems. Earlier this year, Celite took 11,156 sf in the building from Sun.
Kforce Inc. renewed 5,586 sf at the Atrium Office Centre. Commercial Texas' Young and Rebeka Kelly of Cushman & Wakefield represented Kforce. Lani Abbot structured the pact for the Atrium, a 123,200-sf building at 8701 N. MoPac Expressway.
Colverworxs signed for 1,495 sf of sublease space from Tech Now at the Koger Bridgepoint building. Young acted on behalf of Cloverworxs and Curtis Mercer of the Mercer Co. negotiated for Tech Now. The building is a 33,320-sf design at 3701 Executive Center Dr.
At Park 22, the Texas Institute for Continuing Legal Education leased 1,219 sf. Young was the agent for the institute and Trish McQueen of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the building owner. The Park 22 complex totals 210,000 sf and is situated at 8601 RR 2222.
