In cooperation with LVEDC, it is donating revenue from the sale of electricity into the project. NCIDA prepared the site for development, and is providing a ground lease for the six-acre parcel located in the Slate Belt Industrial Center. The lot is part of a 20-acre parcel that was donated to NCIDA by Houston-based Waste Management Inc. for use in economic development.
Petrucci will market the shell building and tout the group's ability to erect and customize this and future buildings in the center for specific industries.
