The buyer, Competition Systems, has paid more than $1.3 million for the building, which stands at 30402 Esperanza. The company, which manufactures electronic components for race cars, plans to move to the newly acquired facility in September.

Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis in Newport Beach acted on behalf of the seller, The Brookhollow Group.Industrial users continue to seek out Inland Empire product, as this market has attracted a steady stream of buyers even during the economic downturn. This region boasts two key characteristics that are advantageous to companies of all size: low rental rates and a varied selection of new product.
