The new tenant will move into the space in August of this year, according to the terms of the five-year agreement. Its new office will be located at 905 Calle Amanecer, Suite 300.

Office leasing activity has begun to pick up in South Orange County, as a recent Lee & Associates report on the region says that vacancy rates for office and flex-tech space fell from 18.25% in the first quarter of this year to 18.25% in the second quarter. In addition, the second quarter saw 485,000 sf of positive net absorption, marking the first positive quarter in two years.
