Bank of America Building Sells for $113 per SF in Tennessee

ATLANTA-Nashville-based Ozburn Properties buys the three-story, 32,000-sf office building in suburban Brentwood, TN from a partnership of bank executives for $3.6 million.

ATLANTA-The three-story, 32,000-sf Bank of America building at 5121 Maryland Way in Nashville’s suburban Brentwood neighborhood has been sold to Nashville-based Ozburn Properties for $3.6 million or $112.50 per sf.

The seller is a partnership that includes the chairman of the locally based Franklin Financial Corp., and a principal and general counsel of Franklin National Bank.

Formerly called the NationsBank building, the property assumed the Bank of America name during a 1999 merger. Although Charlotte-based Bank of America no longer has a branch in the building, it retains general administration space there and is the lead tenant along with locally based Wilson Financial Services.
