Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Barbara Winter executed the eight-and-a-half-year lease along with JLL managing director Frank Doyle and vice president Pete Shimkin.
"535 Madison Ave. rarely experiences vacancy," says Winter. "We do have one high-rise floor that just became available. Starting rents are expected to be in the mid-$70s per square foot range."
In addition to Tiedemann Investment Group, 535 Madison Ave. is home to the executive offices of Gannett, Prudential Securities, BP America, and luxury goods retailer Davidoff. Designed by world-renowned architect Edward Larabee Barnes, 535 Madison Avenue is a 500,000-square-foot office tower located in the Plaza District at the corner of 54th Street.
