Leasing of 333 Westchester Ave. Goes to Colliers

WHITE PLAINS-New York City developer Charles S. Cohen says his firm has appointed Colliers ABR, Inc. as exclusive office leasing agent for 333 Westchester Ave., the 600,000-sf former Kraft General Foods facility in White Plains.

WHITE PLAINS-After completing a multi-million dollar renovation and repositioning of the property, developer Charles S. Cohen, president and chief executive officer of Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., reports that his firm has retained Colliers ABR Inc., as the exclusive leasing agent for 333 Westchester Ave. here.

Leading the Colliers effort on the assignment will be the company’s Co-Chairman Stephen J. Riker, who will be supported by a team of leasing specialists headed by Colliers Managing Director Michael Norris. The property has been completely repositioned for multi-tenant office use and more than 100,000 sf is already leased.

“We felt Stephen Riker and his Colliers ABR team were the perfect combination to successfully complete the marketing of what is unquestionably today one of the truly elite corporate centers in all of Westchester County,” Cohen says. “Their strength in both the New York City and suburban markets gives us the best of both worlds.”
