The logistics firm chose the site because it provides modern space close to major transportation hubs, according to Perry Mandera, a principal at Custom. Mandera says the company needs the space to accommodate its rapidly growing business.

Founded in 1985, The Custom Cos. employs more than 500 workers in a 24-hour-a-day, seven-days-a-week operating schedule.

Sean O'Donnell of Grubb & Ellis and Mike Bodlovich of Colliers Seeley International represented The Custom Cos. Watson Land was represented in-house by Kirk Johnson and Lance Ryan.
