The Costa Mesa property, known as La Costa, has been purchased by the Sam Ayoub Trust for $2.9 million. The complex is located at 354 Avocado St.
Steven C. Brombal of the Newport Beach office of Hendricks & Partners acted on behalf of both the buyer and the seller, Peter W. Evans of Huntington Beach.
La Costa is the fourth small-sized apartment property to change hands in Orange County in recent weeks, following the acquisition of a seven-unit building in Costa Mesa for $1.1 million, the sale of a 22-unit complex in La Habra for $1.9 million and the purchase of a 10-unit property for $1 million in Buena Park.
