In his new post, Franceschina will be responsible for overseeing the management andleasing of Schnitzer Northwest's entire commercial real estate portfolio, currently comprised of approximately 8 million sf of office, industrial, multifamily and special use property. He will oversee the property management, leasing and operational personnel that are responsible for maximizing the value of the portfolio.
At Sabey Corp., Franceschina was responsible for implementing strategic initiatives andmaximizing the performance and value of a rapidly growing portfolio of over 3.5million sf of office, industrial and technology properties in the Puget Sound region. Prior to working for Sabey, Franceschina was with Martin Smith Inc., where he held the position of chief operating officer, director of management services.
