Broker Kent Hindes of Cushman & Wakefield tells GlobeSt.com that RMX will have twice the space in its new facility, a two-story concrete tilt-up building, as it had in its former location in Ontario. Hindes represented RMX along with Cushman & Wakefield's Chuck Belden, Heidi Phillips and Mike Sydney.
Hindes says RMX is a the third-party logistics provider for the United States mail and will operate some of the world's most sophisticated mail sorting machinery at the new facility, which will include 6,500 sf of office space.
The landlord, Paragon Development Corp. was represented by Jeff Smith and Don Kazanjian of Lee & Associates.
