Gateway I and II, developed by Mitsui, is one of Otay Mesa¹s largest multi-tenant industrial parks and offers corporate image office, industrial and manufacturing space. The project includes a 13-acre truck parking facility to serve distribution clients.
Chris Holder, Rudy Mendoza and Charlie Adolphe of Burnham Real Estate Services¹ South County office will coordinate leasing for the project.
This project offers a border-close location in the growing Otay Mesa area where companies have access to a plentiful labor supply on both sides of the border, as well as an ample supply of housing in all price ranges for their employees," said Holder. Gateway I and II has blocks of contiguous space up to 75,000 sf, as well as space divisible to as small as 846 sf.
The asset services group of Burnham Real Estate Services is providing management services to Gateway I and II. Burnham was awarded the management contract for the entire Mitsui portfolio in San Diego County in early 2001.
