Burnham Wins 725,000-SF Leasing Assignment

SAN DIEGO-Mitsui awards a local brokerage the leasing contract for Gateway I and II, a 725,000-sf industrial and office park in Otay Mesa at the San Diego-Tijuana border crossing.

SAN DIEGO-Burnham Real Estate Services has been awarded the leasing contract for Gateway I and II, a 725,000-sf industrial and office park located in Otay Mesa at the San Diego-Tijuana border crossing.

Gateway I and II, developed by Mitsui, is one of Otay Mesa¹s largest multi-tenant industrial parks and offers corporate image office, industrial and manufacturing space. The project includes a 13-acre truck parking facility to serve distribution clients.

Chris Holder, Rudy Mendoza and Charlie Adolphe of Burnham Real Estate Services¹ South County office will coordinate leasing for the project.
