The 21,387 sf will be leased at 18.70 per sf, triple net, or a total $2 million, Codina Realty Services Co. of Coral Gables says in a prepared statement.
This is a 5,387-sf expansion from the 16,000 sf Koger currently occupies at the Mizner Park's professional offices. The Mizner Towers, 225 N.E. Mizner Park Blvd, is a seven-story, 165,000 sf class A office building. This lease brings its occupancy to 97%.
Codina's JoAnn Root, marking director for Mizner Park, says in the statement Koger's "commitment is reflective of Mizner's appeal and of the confidence (Koger has) in Downtown Boca Raton as a corporate and financial center."
According to the second quarter office report from Cushman & Wakefield, class A office space in Boca Raton has an average quoted rent of $25.81 per sf.
