Piscopo previously held a director of marketing post with Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co., and, prior to that worked in both the New York and Philadelphia offices of New York-based Insignia/ESG. He will focus on research and marketing strategies for Smith Mack's Delaware County client base.
Montagano brings 17 years of experience in commercial real estate to his post. His experience recently included several large transactions in New Jersey. Among them were the sale of a 460,000-sf property to American Home Products; a 300,000-sf sale/leaseback negotiation for Yokahama Tire Corp. in Bridgeport, NJ, and a 260,000-sf lease for the Blackwood, NJ-corporate headquarters of A.C. Moore, Inc.
In addition to its Wayne and Mount Laurel offices, Smith Mack also operates an office in Wilmington, DE.
