Harsch owns 130 office, retail and industrial properties in seven states for a total of more than 12 million sf. The company also owns more than 4,000 multifamily housing units. Locally, Harsch recently acquired Cabrillo Commerce Center, a 213,418-sf industrial park in Kearny Mesa, and Poway Industrial Center, a 131,399-sft industrial campus in Poway.
